Awadh AI Summit is Lucknow's one-day gathering for people who build with AI. It's invite-only and brings about 450 selected students, developers, working professionals and founders from Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh into one curated room with around 20 speakers and invited guests. Expect a keynote, parallel tracks curated with our sponsor companies, a panel and real conversation, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

No. There's a nominal ticket fee of ₹350–400, charged only after you're selected. It keeps seats for people who will actually come, and covers breakfast, lunch and evening tea.
There are about 450 seats, and every participant applies, is selected and pays. We select in batches for a balanced room of students, developers, professionals and founders, so every conversation is worth having.
From your application: role, organisation, LinkedIn/GitHub and what you're building. Projects and intent matter more than titles. If seats fill up, you'll go on the waitlist and we'll move people up as seats free.
An indoor venue in Lucknow. We'll reveal it along with the exact date, and confirmed attendees receive the map in their know-before-you-go email.
Your QR entry pass (on your phone is fine), a government or college ID, and your curiosity. Late-November air in Lucknow can be poor in the mornings, so carry a mask if you're sensitive to it.
